The total solar eclipse of 12 August 2026 in Iceland

The Moon’s shadow for this eclipse crosses very little land: the path of totality reaches the North Atlantic over Greenland, then Iceland, then continues to northern Spain. Of these, Iceland and Spain are the two with real tourist infrastructure — flights, roads, hotels — inside the path.
